Data collected
The form collects what you enter: name, e-mail, phone, company, subject and message. The website creates no client account or prospect database.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to understand and answer your request, based on pre-contractual steps or the legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Transfer and retention
Messages are delivered securely, are never sold and are accessible only to those required to handle them. They are retained for no more than three years after the last business exchange, unless a legal obligation requires a different period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, or object to processing, through the website’s secure contact form. You may also contact the CNIL.
Cookies and audience measurement
A technical session cookie may secure the form. Google Analytics loads only with consent; measurement data is processed by Google under its terms. Your choice is stored for six months, can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings, and the site’s Analytics cookies are then deleted.
Map
The Google map on the contact page is blocked by default. It loads only after an explicit click, after which Google may process technical data under its own policy.
Audience measurement configuration
The Google Analytics identifier is stored server-side and used only after consent. No audience measurement tool loads when analytical cookies are rejected.
